Theodore Bergqvist has spent 25 years at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded Intellicor to address a problem he encountered firsthand across large-scale deployments: enterprises were adopting autonomous AI agents faster than they could govern them, and the security and compliance tools available were not built for the task.
Theodore is the Founder of Turbotic, one of Europe's most recognised AI companies, where he led enterprise AI transformation programmes across major organisations. Prior to that, he served as Head of Group Data & Analytics at Ericsson, where his AI and data strategy programme delivered over $500 million in efficiencies across the global organisation.
His entrepreneurial track record includes founding and exiting five companies — among them Paradox Interactive and GamersGate — across gaming, digital platforms, and enterprise IT. He has served on the board of Nasdaq-listed Catena Media, where he chaired the Tech Committee, and studied at Singularity University, California.
Theodore writes on AI agent security, enterprise governance, and the practical challenges of deploying autonomous AI in regulated environments. His perspective is shaped by two decades of building and operating AI systems at scale — not observing them from the outside.
